How to Specify the Model / Version?
NVR INFO > Version
Device Model & System Version (the Generic firmware may not list the Model#)
DVR Management > INFO > Version
Device Model & System Version (the Generic firmware may not list the Model#)
Important Note:
Firmware & Software list needs to be heavily emphasized for each branch to avoid versioning errors.
Empower IPC is not compatible with General/Sapphire recorder.
Empower recorder is not compatible with General/Sapphire IPC.
Empower VMS/APP/Tool is not compatible with General/Sapphire firmware devices.
Empower firmware device is not compatible with General/Sapphire VMS/APP/Tool.
