1. First navigate to Calibrate within the Configuration menu. Select Manual Calibration and then Delete All the current points.
2. After deleting, click the + symbol in the operation column for the #1 point. A + symbol will appear in the center of the panoramic Scene 1 view.
3. Click and drag the point to a spot that can be easily pointed at with the PTZ. Using the PTZ controls (in the blue box), point the PTZ at the same position that the yellow + symbol is in. Finally click on the third icon in the operations tab for that point, the PTZ column should now fill out with the position of the PTZ.
4. Repeat these steps for at least 4 total points. More will be better for calibration. After finishing, click on the Start Calibration button in the top right to save the settings.
5. Scroll back up and click Scene 2. This is the right lens of the panoramic
camera and will need to be calibrated as well. Repeat steps 2-4 again.
6. After finishing, make sure to click start calibration to save the settings.
7. Now to enable the linkage tracking, navigate to the VCA menu and click next.
8. Click on General Settings
9. Navigate to the last tab called Tracking Parameters. Enable Track and Linked Tracking Capture and then click Save.
10. Go back to the menu with General Settings and this time click Smart Event.
11. Create a smart event for the Panoramic camera. Any time the smart event is triggered, it will trigger the PTZ to track based on the calibration done.
Please note that Linked Tracking CANNOT be triggered by motion detection.
