Currently, the Pro-X camera software reset only supports Windows PC.
For the Mac users, if the X-Portal utility support Mac, then it can also support.
Requirement:
Windows PC
X-Portal software. Download from (Here)
- Open X-Portal Software
- Select Pro-X IP Camera need to reset (can multiple selection), but this PW reset don't support NVR.
If you want NVR PW reset, please see another KB.
- Use Batch Reset button
- click Don't ask me again, and Agree
- select Browse,
- select Desktop folder and Choose

- Make sure all selected file successfully exported.
- Email file
to our support team email.

Troubleshooting
- If you see a Red area (i.e. IP conflict), please turn off all conflicting cameras and leave one first.
Reset/fix the password for this camera first and change the camera to a different IP address.
Then connect another Pro-X IP camera and continue resetting one after the other.
- If you can't see any device, please go to Search Settings

Change IP Address. REMEMBER, Please Enter correct camera password in #2 first.
Follow picture steps. - select Camera
- Batch Modify IP
- Enter correct IP address
- OK
- When it is successful change, it will show Green Check.
