What is the plugin? The plugin is a requirement to view your live feed. Without the plugin, you will not be able to see your live feed. There is no alternative to downloading the plug-in to view your devices on the browser. Furthermore, the plugin will only work with Internet Explorer 11.
Browser Support (PC)
To view is simple, open internet explorer first. (Require Open Ports: 80, 8000, 8554)
If you are using the Windows10 OS, please make sure using the Internet Explorer; not the Edge.
Simply type Internet Explorer in the search section. Then, you should able to find it.
First-time Use, please add the address to the Trust site list before installing the Plug-in.
Go to the Internet Explorer, Tool (Gear icon), Internet Options
Click the Security Tab on the top, switch to the Trust Site. Click Sites to add your DVR ip address.
After completed the setting. Close the Internet Explorer and re-open to take effect.
Login
Enter the DVR/NVR IP address, then you should see the Login window.
After success install the Plug-in, please make sure click the Allow button.
