If you are the end user, please read the end user support policy.
As of December 6, 2018, the LTS technical support team will no longer support end users in order to provide expedient service to LTS customers. LTS will only provide full support to customers who purchase products directly from LTS sales representatives. If you have purchased LTS products from a third party, you must seek support from the place of purchase. If you do not have an installer already for technical support, LTS sales representatives may provide recommendations for installers based on your locale.
