Open Port Confirmation
Port forwarding does not work if your ports are not open or the DVR is not online. This can occur even if you made the rules.
Checking the Ports
Step 1. After opening your ports, it is time to confirm you have successfully opened them.
We recommend using canyouseeme.org to confirm if your ports are open or not.
Step 2. You may change the port in "Port to Check" to check all your ports. Select "Check Port" to confirm if your ports are opened.
