You may want to download recordings on the NVMS7000 PC Client. These recordings come from the recorder itself. This guide assumes you have already added your device to the software. If you have not yet done, learn more here.
NVMS7000: Downloading Playback
Step 1. Run the NVMS7000 PC Client software.
Step 2. Select Remote Playback. If you do not see the module, you may find it under Control Panel.
Step 3. Select the calendar icon to bring up the start and end time selection. When done, select "OK" to finish specifying the time of the recordings.
Step 4. Double click the camera to review that camera's footage. The client will begin searching for the recordings linked to the camera.
Step 5. You may now review the footage manually or by selecting a recording from the list on the right hand side. To learn more about reviewing playback, click here <-- insert link.
Step 6. Right click on the playback feed and select "Download".' Note that you can only this on the channel with actual playback.
Step 7. You will now see the Video File Downloading manager. Review the files and check the check boxes next to them if you need to download them. When done, select "Download" to begin downloading.
NOTE: The list of files is limited to the start and end time you chose from Step 3.
Step 8. To find the location of the files, you may either select the URL that comes up when your download is complete or go to the folder itself. You have successfully downloaded the recordings.
FINDING THE FOLDER

Step 1. Click on "Tool"
Step 2. Click on "System Configuration"
Step 3. Click on "File"
Step 4. You will now see three types of saving paths. One for video files, one for pictures, and one for configuration files. Change them as you see fit by select the browse icon.
Step 5. To change the location of where your files go, select the browse icon and choose a new directory for your files.
Step 6. Select "Select Folder" to save your settings. You have successfully changed the folder where your files go to.
