My device has already been added to another account, how do I remove it?
There are two methods of removing the device from another account. You can either do it yourself or you may e-mail the serial number of your device to the LTS Technical Team.
E-Mailing LTS the Serial Number
This is the preferred method if you do not have access to the other account.
Step 1. Find the serial number of your device. If you do not know how to find the serial number, learn more here.
Step 2. E-Mail the LTS Technical Team with the serial number and your request. Our contact information can be found here.
Removing it Yourself
This is the preferred method if you have access to the account.
Step 1. Log into your account on LTS Connect. Learn more here if you do not know how.
Step 2. Select the device list icon
Step 3. Open the settings for the specific device by selecting the options icon.
Step 4. Select "Delete" to remove it from your account.
Step 5. Confirm the device deletion by selecting "OK"
You may now add the device to another account.
