Setup using the NVMS7000 PC Client
You must have the NVMS7000 PC client to be installed on your computer. If you do not have it installed, learn more here. Secondly, your personal computer must be on a Windows OS in order for the setup to work. This method is currently not supported by the Mac equivalent of NVMS7000.
Additionally, basic networking setup must already be done before PT Cloud Setup can be set up. To learn more, click here.
Step 1. On NVMS7000, go to Device Management.
Step 2. Select "Add New Device Type"
Step 3. Select "PT Cloud Device" and "OK" to confirm your selection.
Step 4. Back at device management, select "PT Cloud Device"
Step 5. Select "Login"
Step 6. Select "Register"
Step 7. You may now create an account for PT Cloud.
Note: You must use a phone number or e-mail for the account creation. You can only use one of the two. The verification code is sent to the contact you chose. You may input the verification code you receive into the verification code section to proceed.
Step 8. Once an account has been made. Log into your account on NVMS7000.Once logged in, select "Add Device."
Step 9. You will now be prompted for the serial number and verification code of your device. Input the fields and then complete the adding by selecting "OK."
