What is the plugin? The plugin is a requirement to view your live feed. Without the plugin, you will not be able to see your live feed. There is no alternative to downloading the plug-in to view your devices on the browser. Furthermore, the plugin will only work with Internet Explorer 11.
If you can't activate the plugin or you want to avoid using the browser, you may use the NVMS7000 PC Client instead of the browser to view your devices on your personal computer.

How Do I Install The Plugin?
Note: This guide assumes you already know how to log into the recorder on the browser. If you do not know, click here .
Step 1. Log in into the recorder and click on the message to download and install the plugin. You will see the message if it is not installed already.
Step 2. A popup will appear on your browser. You may either save or run the installation file.
Step 3. Once downloaded, run the installation file to install the plug-in. Select "Next" to begin the installation.
Step 4. Select "Finish" to complete the installation.
Step 5. Back on the browser. Refresh the page after the installation is complete.
Step 5. The message to download the plug-in should now be gone. You should now be able to play your live stream at this point. If the message is still there however, proceed to step 6.
Step 6. After refreshing your page, you may be asked to allow the plug-in to run. Select "Allow" and then refresh your page again. You should now be able to view your live stream.
Note: If live view does not work, make sure that you are on Internet Explorer 11, not Edge. We have included the two icons below to better clarify the differences between the two.

Troubleshoot - If live view does not work and you are running the Internet Explorer, then very big chance that is your AntiVirus program blocked it. Make sure it is allowed from the exception. Otherwise, please use the NVMS7000 (PC / Mac) instead.
